Starting with a 1980’s palette, this house was transformed from the typical tract builder’s vision of a Cape Cod home to a sophisticated but cozy and elegant beach cottage just steps from the ocean. Integrating soft neutral colors with wainscoting, delicate arches, subtle stone and engaging features, this environment has transposed the emotion of the home.
Sophisticated Panache Evoking a Warm Ambience
Commencing with a conventional, mid 1990’s condominium in a golf resort surroundings, this residence was reimagined in a contemporaneous style with a warm ambient atmosphere.

Currently working with highly accomplished, mature homeowners to build their life vision of the perfect domicile. Blending the traditional fundamentals of a 9800 square foot Tuscan home with present day elements was energizing and inspiring.
